Lower links (4link) Ways to beef them up

I built my lowers out of 2" x .5" DOM

Ditto...4130 hardened to 32 rc though. cnc threaded to 1 1/4, they should last awhile.

1 3/4" .375 wall seem's to hold up awesome in most of our car's, a few guy's have slightly bowed lower's, but no replacement to date. for the upper's 1 1/2 1/4 wall work's fine, though I'm mr worried about weight, so I will be using 1/8" wall upper's (should be fine and damn near free to replace), and 1 3/4 aluminum lowers.

I am going to replace all my lowers and do JJ's at the end of summer....

probably 1 3/4" material..... I figure if I can bend/kill a front link then the material is too weak for me,,
