Look up "montezuma tool boxes" I can get you a deal on them. The owner is a good freind of mine.

I ced that my new Craftsman catalog had those, or a look-a-like in it.

Is that the Red box you guys have in your race trailer? I remember being enamored with it in Alabama at ORC for the Caddy engine swap.
How much does it run? I'd like something like that for my trailer.

Is this the one you guys have? I like it the best.

Pete Stephen down at Doherty's is the only other one I've seen like that, and its red as well. very cool.

it mean I went home and enamored on my peepee with excitement :flipoff1:

Yeah i dig it. I saw on their website they sell through Oriellys as well. If you can get a smokin deal, I'm game for that one.

I have them in stock. Let me get to the shop in the AM and I'll see what I can do. Red, black, or white? I'll bring anybody one in Jellico, save you the freight.

I'd be down for a Red one.

Jellico works, you can give it to Kelly my co-driver/spotter and he can take it back to Kansas and put it in the trailer.

I'd like one just to keep from throwing **** in drawers! Too spendy for me I imagine.

I agree 100%.

I was talking for me at home in my garage where I mass produce widgets, cogs and spacely sprockets.

As luck would have it I have 7 black ones. I may be able to get a different color if needed. $550 no freight, no tax. Let me know. That is for a box like the one I have in the trailer, they are meant to be hauled and bounced around i all weather. Holds a full set of metrics and SAE 1/4 to 1/2 drive and triples of the wrenches. They are the ONLY way to haul tools.,

That's cheaper than I thought they were! thumb.gif

James that works for Bluetorch was on a race team for a year I think. They were so trained as far as what to do when this or that breaks, and which tool bag to grab to fix said this or that, it sounds crazy. They had to be able to reach into the bag blindfolded and know which tool was where. They had certain tools in certain locations in the bag so they could be quick and precise!

My tools are in disarray, and I was waiting to get an enclosed trailer for an organized toolbox. I had wanted one like the Shirleys had after seeing them use it in Alabama. Just hadnt got around to nutting up for one. Guess that changed.
But yeah I am the same way for all of my stuff.

Ask Bones, Kelly, Cabot or Miles about Barbie, Scoobie Doo or Flash Gordon.

I use kids lunchboxes for different things.

Barbie = Brakes (brakeline, fittings, cutter, and line wrenches)
Scoobie Doo = (as in ROUT ROW cut another BFG sidewall) Tire kit, plugs, and tire tools.
Flash Gordon = Comm's, thats the BlueAnt, and 2-ways

I have a Spiderman that I haven't allocated but I'm thinking fasteners and hose repair (stints, hoseclamps, zipties, ducttape)
