I'm going flipped car intake (no water pump mods), purely from an aesthetical stand point. I can't stand the look of the truck intake.

They have one from Mast that they use in a lot of their buggies. I don't have a part # on hand.

I'm running a truck intake with the stock pan. The engine is set in with the pan above the skid which is completely flat front to back. Obviously, seat position will play a big part in visibility but, at least in my case, everything would need to be quite a bit lower to gain any significant amount of visibility. Though, I'm also the type to look out the side rather than straight ahead. Keeping your engine cage tight will reduce visual obstructions as well.

I have looked at the mast pan, it's pretty nice.

I had a truck intake and oil pan on mine, visibility was fine.

The baby scoop was for the air filter and only about 2 inches high on the passenger side.
