Yeah the evolution on this board to go buggy has been strong this past year. I'm going to go jump off a bridge later.....you wanna go? :flipoff1:
Buggy is where its at for a ton of reasons. Safety, no real body to damage, visability, and capability. Not too mention cool as FAWK!!!

I already have most of the parts I would use in a buggy build, they are just located on my current rig. someone I know will have some air shocks forsale soon, so maybe he will hook me up! :flipoff1: If I cant justify the struts...
biggest issue with most of the buggies out there is the size. I am 6'7" 255lbs, so most of them wont work for me. also they all look like fawkin TJs....no offense to you guys with TJ buggies, they are badass, I just dont like having something that looks like alot of other rigs. I would love to have a chassis built to some what resemble an S-10, but I dunno if i could come up with that much cash right now. I did inquire about one recently, but the builder doesnt want to build just the chassis and there is NO way to afford a full turn key buggy, even though it would be badass.

Bones , this post insure's that I will never tell you a fuggin thing again. At least Wyatt kept his mouth shut !!

( Sorry Matt, you know I suck and get excited as **** about people getting new rigs ... )

Matt you better be glad I didn't know Oneal was trying to sale that thing. I would have bought it in a heartbeat.

I'm far from an expert but it looks like it's ready for the pro-mod class in WEROCK as it sits. Is that in the plans?

BTW, nice rig.

***** P again on MattO's Puter.. *****

Turbo Joe and I took the new rig out for a couple hot laps... pissed MattO's neighbors off, hit some new wooded **** behind his house and conducted mayhem in general.

The rig is LE-GITT ! Good times ahead !

Peanut butta buggy time SON P OUT ( ol lady wants to go home... keystuns gettin dry too.... pepper.gif :drinkers: fug right )

Hey, David bought that single seater wasp and put a new roof on it to fit him. He's 6' 5" or so I think. I haven't seena buggy yet you cant re-roof. Some look better, and I've seen one that comes to mind that looked worse.
As for airshocks, yeah I'll be selling come July. skully
Now for TJ buggies.....I know I am at one end of the pointed finger here. :dunno: There is nothing on my buggy that is jeep, even the grille and hood are Twisted Custom pieces. There is zero to keep me from bolting different fiberglass to it. I hate the escalade clip out there. But have thought about the current Endeavor hood with the integrated grill...... :dunno:

Me, how'd I get drug into this. i dont know ****.

Lots of folks drove the buggy tonight and they all said it felt nice and stable. I will have to get use to some power because I have never had it. The buggy was built for WERock back in the day and could still probably meet requirements for WEROCk and XRRA. I am going to trail ride in it and if there are comps close by I will run them. I am going to go over the rig and fine tune a few little things I don't like, nothing major just stuff. Cole it was not for sale, I just bought it!!!! :flipoff1: :flipoff1:

Oh yeah, the TJ is on it's way to Colorado and will be in Moab next weekend! I will post pics when I get them!!!

Sweet Matt.... Guess it is a good thing you didn't cut up the TJ. Shakedown run for yours and Nolen's new buggies in Clayton????

yea, I could probably do something like that I guess, but the rig would have to be a two seater for sure and I would want some storage room. maybe I will look at some buggies already built, just to see what is out there. I dont know what kind of price tag I could bring with my truck, especially now with the dented up body panels. it would be pretty damn hard for me to sell that truck though......fawk...you guys are killin me.
I know what you mean about your buggy, I would definately throw a different hood/grille on there. I always like the different looking rigs, just too many Jeep based rigs out there......IMO I like the way they look for sure, just couldnt own one myself.
I need to talk $$ with the wife and see what I will be able to afford. I would love to have those struts, but might have to settle for air shox.

Matt,
congrats on the buggy! sounds like you got damn lucky. lets see some more pics!!! :drinkers:
