I fully realized that in the 1st minutes that I met him in Clayton.
After the intros and handshakes. P looks at him and say something like "I'll take you boy!" and I'm pretty sure it was backed up with "You dont have a hair..." or something. David's shirt comes off in one swift movement with one hand while the other grabs P. Once shirt is off the now free 2nd hand grabs P rotates him in midair (1st had lifted him to about 3 feet of the ground), and grabs in him in midflight on his way back to the ground in a headlock and proceeds to "Tombstone" P, followed up by choking him out.

By the 5 minute mark of meeting David, he'd shook my hand, shredded a shirt, whooped Pauls butt, put in a dip, and opened another beer. All I heard him say in all that was "Hey, I'm David"

Thats kind of like a fishing story. It gets better every time you tell it.

this was a good trip down memory lane for me....

i remember the first time i met dave, i hopped in his dually @ %:40 in the morning to 'check out' the trails at gardendale....that was a while ago....

we made small talk and ****, just as any new acquaintences do, and before long, dave was telling me about his injuries and what followed...

it was pretty detailed and specific, much like the article...

however, when i read the article that he posted here, it was like a whole different story...it was not dave down playing it or just telling it in his normal voice....

when you read it for yourself, it lets you have the 'picture' effect and 'see' what was gong on....

much scarier and sounds waaayyyyy words reading the article....

I felt the same way reading it. I knew the story and details, but reading it I was just like damn that was some BAD ****.
