They will honor it as should any FS district. The training program that Bob uses is the standard for the FS. Only place we have had issues is in the Gifford Pinchot since they like to have paid staff do that kind of work. No trails there anyway :booo:

Also remember that you have to have a current first aid card and a CPR card as well to be "certified"

There are also WOW members that took the first responder class offered by the DNR... Some attended both...

Without getting to far off topic, we have talked about buying a defibrillator and attend training classes to use it... Also talked about epi-pens... Hopefully it would never be used during a work party, but if needed it would be there...

Just figured those that are interested in the saw training might benefit from this info...
