Ha. Unscrew the end of the shock and slide on. Pretty damn easy, but if you try to do it with the bottom end still on then yeah, that would blow

So how does it ride now? I had the same trouble with my gas shocks until I added pressure. Now it rides and lands pretty soft.

It is sooooooo much better than when I started. I felt it bottom out a couple of times as Chocco last weekend, so I wanted to stiffen the rear a little more. I also increased the ride height a little on the front to just be off the bump stops. We will see this weekend.

do you have rear air bumps... if so play w/ the pressures in those if it is bottoming out...

No bumps on the rear, front only.

John check the N2 in your shocks! I have a tank and reg that I borrowed from JeepCJ, get one of the gauges http://www.polyperformance.com/shop/Nitrogen-Fill-Adapter-p-286.html and you are in business.

I bet you have a low nitrogen charge in your shocks.

i would add some rear bumps before i changed the springs...
