Although, after you pick it, need to make sure it is someone that can make the trip on a regular basis. Don't want to give it to someone who lives 10 hours away and not be able to go there but once in a blue moon. It would mean more to Bob if someone more local got it and used it and talked about the place. Just thinking out loud.
