New forums?

I'm a new around here so I don't expect my opinion to have much weight. However, I probably have about 20,000 posts on forums like this between 4x4 and woodworking topics and I've developed a few thoughts on what is good and bad. InDaShop (Wyatt?) is right on the money. If you create a lot of forums too early it makes your site seem "dead" because it doesn't have enough traffic. It's tough on posters too because while their post may fit in another forum they want it in a the forums that get the views. When topic doesn't stick around on the front page for more than a few hours then you need more forums. If they last for a few days then the last thing you need is more forums.
