**** I would run one on my buggy but Im not going to go out and buy one since I have a winch and a little weak arb compressor. :redneck:

I am already set up with air and winch. :D

You guys missed out last weekend in Bend. Witnessed one of the slowest barrell rolls (2.5x over) ever. Some dude out of Canada. Literally groundshaking. :redneck:

Dear group;
I LOVE this new Warn winch/compressor combo package! This thing is the shizzle!!! I get all warm ang tingly inside just looking at that thing!!! It's one of the accessories that every serious Mall Rated rig cannot be without! I am ordering one right now!
Your gotta have one of those Warn winch/compressors friend;
LAMAR

Crusty wonders how a guy who cannot afford to buy a new radiator can afford to buy an overpriced, feature bloated winch :flipoff:

The most applicable pressure to judge against is 60 psi. which is the head pressure of a Schrader valve (filling a tire at “0 psi†still equates to a 60 psi head due to the valve).
No it doesn't... A tire chuck forces the valve open!

Dear CrustyJeep;
It has nothing to do with *afford*. It has to do with *availibilty*. They don't stock new off the shelf assembled rads here, rather they stock new generic replacement cores (aka panels) which are made in Brazil. From the new panels and the existing tanks and support structure, they build the radiator. Also they can completely hand fab the rad too, altho it is a much more time consuming process. On the other hand, there is a a Warn distributor here, as well as Ramsey, T-Max and a new winch called the Tabor. BTW, can you imagine what a radiator would look like after it has been shipped from the USA to here? I for one would hate to open that particular carton.:flipoff:

Crusty thanks Lamar for clarifying the radiator problem. It is all so much more clear to him now :D

But Crusty, at the risk of bringing up old conflicts, and on behalf of the board, would like to inquire as to the availability of aluminum radiators... Are they also shipped in generic core form?

You two go have a lovers spat in a different thread not in my thread. :rolleyes:

As long as you are hijacked, are you going to pm me a # I have a customer who wants your bumper

Dear boxboy;
CrustyJeep started it!!! I do think those new Warn winches are the shizzle tho. As soon as they become available here I want to take a close look at them. I like the 12K pulling capacity also. In deep mud, 8K winches just smoke and die. A 12K winch for an Iron Pig is a decent winch IMHO.

Dear boxboy;
I installed a new T-Max 12K winch on my FJ-40 about 6 weeks ago and it's a decent unit. It's not a Warn or a Ramsey, but for infrequent use it does a nice job. The darned thing has a wireless control too! That is a pretty cool feature, IMHO. I've ran over and destroyed several cables in the past so this wireless thing is a rather neato feature to me.

Perhaps, but I didn't intend to start a "spat", it was an honest question. Most of us here know next to nothing about South America, let alone Bolivia. Inquiring minds want to know :D

i agree with the warn compressor idea just dont incooperate it into the winch, OR perhaps they can make the compressor plug into like a milti mount plug, that could be useful.
