new trailer deck, what to treat wood with?

I made the mistake of only coating the bottom of the wood on a utility trailer I built once. It acted like a bowl and held in water. Needless to say, after a couple of years, the tongue and groove decking was shot. :redneck:

if you want it to last and want to spend a lil bit get iorn wood... we use it at my work for floors in semi trailers...
