New Year's Resolution

I forgot bout New Years resolution ... Didn't work.. Just wanted yall to know.. Yall were right... I never had a chance.. I Kansai after this weekend getting drunk ,.. I will be smoking my ****ing brains out From here on out... Drinking sucks balls.. Yep, I said it. And anyone that wants to argue that it should be legal and marijuana not legal ... Well, don't even comment. You wrong. Waayyy wrong... 2 Mike's hard lemonade's is all it took to remind me how fuked up the laws are

For those looking to get into shape or improve their overall fitness, check out AthleanX on youtube. He has workouts and training videos for purchase, but he offers a ton of tips and workouts for free on youtube. The guy was a trainer for the NY Yankees (I know, the Yankees......I hate them too....I'm a true Irishmen.....Boston Red Sox!!!!!) and he's a physical therapist. He has a lot of good tips and he explains the kinetics that are involved in exercises, which helps me because I've had a metric **** ton of injuries. It's worth a look.

I'd like to do his workouts, but I'm training for a specific course that I'm going to in October. If it wasn't for that, I'd follow his programs. However, I incorporate a lot of his tips and ideas in my training routine.
 
1st run since September, which was the first run since December. I cant tell you how glad I was to get all 250lbs back to the house without crapping in my pants. Never run 2 hours after Mexican food!!! Training sucks.
