I just wanted to let you guys know when you get the new issue and read Tim Cameron's feature article, know that the editor really gay'd it up. I just read the edited version on our server and I'm a little embarrassed. :dunno:

As far as when you'll get your issue... 'dunno. Guys in WA, and VA have already gotten it though. I haven't gotten my box o mags yet.

I dont think thats gay... I think thats professionalism... something Crawl desperately needs on many levels :flipoff1:

( Im messing with you, Ill read the article in two years when i get the issue and let you know if he gay'd it up or not LOL )

It was just the first example that came to mind. You'll just have to see the article.

I very much would like to do that, there lies the problem at hand. :flipoff1: Just happy to hopefully get an issue from them. It is not on newstands yet, so I gauge when my issue will arrive at home from when it lands there + 3 weeks.

Well it's like I'd write the word "sick" and they changed it to "amazing". Stuff like that. Ghey.
Maybe you should watermark your words. ;D

I don't know and I don't know. :dunno:
Not knowing what your going to study is perfectly fine. better to be open than try to stick to a curriculm that sucks or isnt for you. decide late in your sophomore year. knock your gen ed classes out early.

not knowing when school starts thats a problem.

Why don't you just post the article here for us to read :flipoff1: This is the private section afterall

I figure they'll probably tell me at orientation.

My best GPA when I was trying college was .08. Dropped english, because I passed out one morning in the restroom before class. I was pisssing in the stand up toilet and got the spins, the next thing I know I was on the floor with some black dude yelling u k mang. So I was forced to drop english. week or two later on the way to biology and I got stopped by this girl and she's like professor so and so dropped you. I was like ok more time for beer and volley ball. That left political science and health. passed health.

**** i travelled all the time while in college, barely made it through but did so in 4 years (they held my piece of paper for one biology class online following semester) ::)

Ricky, I'm probably a terrible example, but here's an example of my senior year... Class Monday, Tuesday---leave Wed afternoon early drive 4 hours to airport fly to vegas for off road impact, get back late sat. night, drive home sunday 4 hours... Next weekend skip 1 afternoon class Friday, leave my place by noon, pick Jim up, drive to airport meet with brother, 3 of us fly to Bham, get into bham about 930, hop in rental, drive to Dothan.... shoot sat, drive sun AM from dothan to gray rock, shoot for a half day, jump in rental, airport, fly to KC... get in at midnight, fumble with luggage, fuel up, eat... drive 4 hours back to Hays (school), flat tire on truck, swap out---back there by 5AM. Power nap and class on Monday.

That's how you put in work son. I have plenty of other stories about making traveling work with school. I did it pretty hardcore for 2 years---I can't do the same **** right now with work unfortunatly. They can't fire you from school--just remember that! Most of my professors were very understanding that my job/business required me to travel alot and so they worked with me. First week of class I'd sit down with each teacher and tell them what's up and that I needed the class to get my degree but my business was #1.
