November 5th Noob run at Reiter

Alright, i'm in for sure (unless i break down on the way or something, lol). Sorry, no extra seats in my rig, the girl friend wants to come. If you guys see a tan 1980 toyota with a bobbed bed rolling around, flag me down...
It will be nice to finally meet you guys in person. I look forward to it.

is there room to get my dodge up there? oh and 4wd is out of the question unless i can find time to swap u joints.. (dam stock aam joints, shuldnt they last 130k?).... if not i could throw hunters powerwheels in the bed, its got a fresh carge on the baterys?

Yes, 4wd is a requirement of this run. It's going to be slow enough with that many people. They aren't going to be too interested in towing your truck through the woods all day.

im sure theres gonna be some people leaving in 2wd that originally showed up with 4.

Why do you say this? im sure karla with school folks in the finer points of driving so they wont tear the **** out of the trails and break their own ****.

Finesse is key. For Jonathan, I advise a heavy right foot.

It's different if you break on the trail. Going unprepared is another thing. Let me ask you a question. What is it that appeals to about wasting 25-30 people's time when they could be out doing what they are there for, wheeling their rigs? I don't know about anyone else, but my recreation time is precious and frankly I don't get enough of it. The last thing I want to do is go out with ill prepared people to help them all day. This is not about you, this is about each and every individual. Think about them too. There will be plenty of open seats, or make a post asking for some garage help and get your rig fixed.

Ditto

It's been my experience that most trail breakage can be traced back to a lack of maintenance...
