Well, I talked to JBConversions today. The guy said they were all at SEMA (I think that's what he said) but that they had 4:1s in stock and could ship next Monday :clappy: I've been going back and forth with deciding between the LoMax and Tera 4:1s  Teras I could get for $449 shipped to my door... But I've heard the LoMaxs are a much better kit, and I hope to have this last me a while. So, unless something changes my mind between now and next Monday, LoMax it is

One of your pics (the orbital box installed) shows the clutch bell crank assembly. And it looks like it's about to shear off internally. Take a couple of minutes and unbold that bad boy, dissassemble it, and take a good look at it.

I was under the impression that tera got away from the 2 piece gear...

Lets hope so, I've got the tera gears in my D300 and they just let go on the last trip. The intermediate gear (the one that is 2-piece and pressed/ welded together) came apart, goofing up the gear mesh and taking out the front output gear.

I installed these in 2000 or 2001.

Spoke with Tera just yesterday and they said to send the whole set back to them and they would have a look. It sounded like they might warranty them. Although they technicaly have just a 2yr warranty.

If I end up having to pay I will be buying the LoMax gears.

Im sure its fine. Clutch/engine work was done at a highly qualified shop.

Better yet, toss that bellcrank POS and do a hydraulic upgrade.

You can use a stock M/C and modify your pedal assembly and drill holes in the firewall for it. Mounting the stock slave is probly just a matter of fabbing a mount. Well worth it.
