It's some kind of big ass chain tensioner.Whos it for i dont know.Im always just given a print and told "Here make this" What sux is that the 2 larger bores are bearing fits with a tight ass tolerence of +.0001 -.0000 . The part is 5 1/2" with a gap in the middle so the tool is sticking out a mile. Then you got the push off. I'm using a helical interplilation style cut so it tkes for ever. Its move the offset out check it and its undersized.Spring pass it and its oversized. Just a whole cat and mouse thing.I've got 5 more after that one I'll be done with it Monday morning.

He's not kidding about the 3 day deal. I can tell when he is running quick parts or slow parts by the number of phoe calls I get in a day. The phone calls always start out "Hey what do you think of this,"
