That's pretty cool. I always like knowing the history on stuff like that.
Makes you wonder if they did a group buy on red's. Buy 15 get 1 free.....
Yea, that'd make for a longggg day.Guy in white Jeep looking buggy, was on shake down run, due to links his oil pan was front sump, caused issues with oiling then later had a issue with stalling or staying running, pretty sure he would move 5-10' then have to shutdown, clear code, then restart
He said it was due to link placement.... I just said ok...Who woulda thought a FRONT sump would cause oiling issues.
I want to go back so bad. I heard they have gotten more strict with the rules though?
At Rausch Creek? Really only rules is 2 rigs minimum to a group. They don't check for a spare or recovery points.
Like trails closing at 5 and all the other stuff. The people that bought my camper said you couldnt even camp up there and they took the porta johns away because of rona.
We wheeled Stoney the past Sunday. Made it 300 yards on the main trail and came up on a guy in a new 4 runner like this... He was by himself, no winch, and with what seemed to be no clue what was going on. I handed him my cable to hook up and instead on bending at the back to hook the cable, he squatted down to make sure his ass got in the water as well. As soon as he got out, he floored it to the right with my cable still attached and ran my cable over and almost had it wrapped up in his tire. The inside of it was flooded. As soon as I unhooked he said his battery light was on. We rode until right at 5 and when we got back to that parking lot he was still at the building with his hood up with a wiring schematic. I would hate to know I was having to make that payment come the 1st!View attachment 119896
