Old radiator worth it?

Take the radiator and cap off the hose inlet/outlet. Then pour a jug of CLR into the radiator, replace the cap, and shake, roll, flip etc. Wait about an hour or so and uncork the inlet/outlet. You will be amazed at what comes out. flush with a hose, and install. :redneck:

If the new-old rad is junk it might hurt yer engine.

Get a new one that a Vfawking8 can hook to.

I've been keeping the occasional eye out for a 360 or 401 since it'd bolt right onto my existing drivetrain, or so I'm told :D

Nuzzy, If you want to pay to ship it you can have the stocker that I had in my cj. Its only about a year old and in good shape just to tall to work in the flatty body so I went with a mustang type.

footnote, Free to Nuzzy because he gave me a screaming deal on a front axle a while back.:cheer:

Thanks Jim. I'm leaning heavily towards going new, but I'll check on shipping prices just out of curiosity.:cool:
