What about when its broke down in a buggys way ? IE sidewalled 49" Iroc all day long.


I dont care for the rig just as much as i dont care for the mouthy builder / owner of it. Guys a douche bag from everything I've "e-read" he may be a great guy in the real world, but e-him is a **** bucket. laughing1

Clay is good people. After that post on pirate I wonder what he thinks about you. I have met both of you guys and y'all are cool. he is just a guy who loves building stuff and then he will lay the smack down to it. He doesn't hold back no matter what. I think it is awesome he won TTC this year because it has been a dream of his. I mean a BIG dream of his. He deserved it.

Some guys like him some hate him. Some hate his rig some love it. After seeing the rig in person it is not my style but I dig it. I dig all of the out of the box thinking on it. I mean there is a lot of stuff on there no one else has tried. Good or bad I would like to see him run across the lake bed balls out ( competing or not ) just to see if the rig is all he thinks it is. I don't think it is but I learn new things every day.

Any way about it I think it is awesome he is bringing a rig NO ONE thinks will work and put it on the line for every one to see. That takes nut right off the bat so for me he is good to go.

I agree it takes alot of nut to show up at that race with that rig, I give him respect for that. I wouldnt care if he won KOH with it though, Id still hate it , its god awful ugly in my eyes like some mad max abortion type ****.
You said it yourself, "it does not perform well at all" Why should it , what is it a monster truck or a rock crawler. I dont even think "Clay" knows. Im sure he has a big time with it doing all the exhibition type stuff they seem to do all the time in Canada ... It is what it is, KOH contender I think its not

Fugg em all P. I did not take what you said as hate. You just do not like the guys e persona and do not like the rig.

Now I do not know anything about the guy, I am familiar with the rig and think it looks like a big pile of crap. But I would like to see what something like that could do at the Hammers. Last time I checked anyone can wheel there, so why not bring it and get it!

I really hope they don't start letting people into the LCQ that did not turn in apps and basically follow the rules. Takes away from it IMO

We're working on those details right now. The guys already on the list are guaranteed a spot. Jeff and I are working out the logistics of LCQ day. If we can take more, or some of the guys on the list can't make it, we'll probably open it to a couple more. Won't know for sure till we confirm with the guys already on the list.

Yeah I don't really like that because I personally don't think it is right for people that did not apply like the rest of us to get in. If you miss the deadline or dont have your stuff together then you should not get a shot at the race. It increases the pool, and makes it harder for those that played by the rules to get in.

I will be very surprised if they can improve on the rig she is currently driving. That Campbell rig is tight. If she did not run those POS ProComp tires......

Sounds like a perfect BTF build to me.
