It only pops occasionally, usually when goin downhill---the pins and springs were new last yr....but the teeth on the gears were abit worn and I knew this-- guess that'll teach me...

Could just be ratcheting due to one wheel spinning faster going downhill.

If possible get the ringed longs vs the nonringed if you don't have the money for the 30 spliners.

or by the 27 spline birfs and upgrade the shafts later.

I looked for them but didnt see any listed right now. they guy usually has em listed though. some cheap stock replacements though=20bucks. there was a thread on here bout them awile ago. good luck. :beer:

Ya they quit selling them. They were made in China, people were breaking them. They wanted us to sell them our cost was $40.00ea. not real chromoly.
