are you going to fix that wiring problem that you had with it or did you already do that????

Not really a wiring problem but I still need to get a 4 wire TPS and actual plugs for the wiring going into the computer.

there are 8+ nice little stichs under there and it hurts like a son of a bitch. Doctor said to take it easy and no heavy lifts for 2 weeks. Look for some updated pictures tomorrow :haha:

Damn didn't realize I haven't touched my rig since March 28th :booo: glad I am in a big hurry. :haha:

I finally had a chance to work on it again tonight. I figured out how I was going to attach the passenger upper. I needed to keep the truss really tight to the housing so I could keep the rig low and I ended up with this:

Hopefully I can take a day off next week so I can get some more done :masturbanana[1]:

Got some more done to it day :cheer:

Got most of the rear links put in place

Poor little band saw was having fun cutting the link material, but it made it made it through all 8 links :haha:

Started trying to find a place for the rear shocks

Picture014.jpg

They are slanted in a little to much for my taste so I am going to have to keep playing with them

Picture015.jpg

Slid the front out again  and got all the mounts burned into place

Picture016.jpg

Hopefully I can get back on it sometime this week, so I can finish up the links and the mount all the shocks. I want to have it done in time for the cleanup.

if you dont mind me asking, how do you figure out inverted links. i want to learn about setting them up for a future project

the bracket's he is using are pretty self explanitory, there is also a local shop that does that sort of work too.:D

Ask people lots of questions and see what works and doesn't work. Dont even bother with the 4 link calculator thing because it will give you some some messed up numbers with this setup, because according to it shouldn't work.

Hmm I wonder who that could be? Exactly the brackets kind of make it plug-n-play and are a lot easier to buy then to spend your time making them. The only tough part is the front due space limitations. The rear is really a no brainer.

It getting closer:cheer: :cheer:

Got all the finish welding done on the belly pan, links and link mounts. Got the axles back under it and bolted up:
