I bought this workout program and dammit this junk is rough, but it will get you toned and ripped. I know yall have seen commercials for this program on info-mercials, if you want to buy it and not deal with the telemarketers on the phone you can go to this website and order it. They have a bunch of other things you can buy like protein shakes and diet pills. I got the chocolate protein shakes and they taste pretty damn good.

I've doon this before. We had me and two other guys who started it and finished it. It is hard, but worth it. I didn't see the ripped results like the TV commercial, but I didn't diet like I should either. It made me so week to not eat alot. I lost 23 pounds 206 to 183. Got fed up with all the work outs 6 days a week. But I did get great results. My wife is pissed that I quit it. And if your just starting you have no clue how hard things are about to get! Just hang with it man. We all said screw this and starting eating bad again, and it comes back quick. So stick with it. :dblthumb:
 
This is my second try, the first time I did it for 2 weeks and quit. I just didnt have time to work out over an hour every day. But like you said, it works if you stick with it.

First workout wasn't too bad. Don't get me wrong I was aching and straining. The Ab ripper that's a whole other story. I cant do that **** to save my life. Just gonna do as many as I can till I can get the hang of it.

gotta do something if your gonna chase after AC like you did saturday!
 
Its a good program, some of the workouts remind me a football camp workouts in HS :puke:. I pick different workouts and do them 3 times a week with decent results. I just cant find time for 6days a week.
 
i have been thinking about doing it. my girlfriend does this workout with her college volleyball team and she keeps telling me i need to do it.... i just dont have much time...

It's got to be the worst thing in history. Wait till you get to the point of all those stupid pull ups that maniac came up with. But, I would almost rather do the plyo's than yoga X!
