What size/wall tubing did you use for your ram mount? I need to redo mine but the max I can bend is 120 wall.

thats 1.75 .250 wall

It actually came from WOD as part of the kit for the steering. Give them a call and they can send you the pre bent and notched piece...ive actually used their kit on all of these buggies... My bender will bend it, but I dont like to stress the thing that much if I can help it

Yea - Sorry kinda forgot about this thread

it's in wire and plumbing at the moment before we tear it down for final welding and fitment. Aiming to be riding by New Years.

Here are a few pics of it as we were moving it to get wired and plumbed

No problem and thanks for the updates. All the Bronco front skins/hoods at the Ultra4 Race at Moab/Area BFE race got me thinking of this buggy build.

Great build! What are you going to do about the steel rusting between the two plates here? I only ask because I'm building my trailing arms and I can't decide what to do.

Not sure about the rust thing , but I know the owner of this one has since switched to some bling IMS Trailing arms.
