Paypal Dilema

Chris got the permaband on Pirate for calling Roxie out. Don't **** with the bosses boss!

You relincuish your filing claim when you mark "gift" because you are expecting nothing in return for the money. To offset this release, PayPal does not charge any fees. PayPal is out on this.

That part is his fault though, therefore my issue if he did in fact check "gift"

I think you should email him with this and tell him you want your money now :flipoff1:
I think he would get the clue that your not playing :****:

sideswipe the nicest canadian farmers in the arizona desert, that better, LOL. Good ****!!!! Big trailer!!!! That was part 1 of the best thing that happened to that trailer.

im sure PP and the credit card company would let the sender of the 225 file a claim.. But he doesn't want to go through BS... I wouldn't either if a guy said send x amount to x email and I did... I'd expect my parts...

Now I believe it is up to Bones to harrass his money back out of Jimmy JIhad... And leave buyer out since he was in good faith the entire time..

I think it is more of a "he does not give a ****" deal and he does not want to deal with filing a claim for something that was not his mistake.

Which IMO is really shitty. he said no bueno to getting his funds back less than 12 hours after sending it. Not much effort was spent and not a damn thing I can do to help.

I agree, he could be a little cooperative in seeing the error and attempting to help you get the money that is yours. Best thing to do is send on the parts and just take it as a lesson learned. In the future send them an invoice through paypal and you will not have to worry about it.
