Been working on my truck over the last few years. I got it in this shape. Been cutting and changing things as I have time. I did the roof panels and some other tube work to it for the previous owner. It was in the 2010 ecors A class and placed 3rd in points...what I was told. I grooved my bloggers and after a couple of days. I finished them and went to the flats in Marion. I met david guest who is owner operated of dynamite design. He said he could do some sipping on my tires and so I sent them to him and he did a good job. I am loving the tires overall. In the south east. They are perfect. I have gone through the usual breakage and so forth. The specs of the buggy is
22r on pane. Waiting for turbo to be finished to boost it
Factory 4 speed...going to switch out for a less abused tranny soon.
Dual cases with chromoly 23spline input on back case. Factory gears.
Square drive shafts.
Welded diffs, longs in the front. Factory 90 model rear end. Welded
Full hydro on the cheap. Jeep tc pump nodded. Love it
Factory brakes...work flawlessly
4 linked rear with barns4wd kit 7/8 heims
Rears up front.
30" light bar
Mastercraft defense seats.
But I'll move on to pics. Just starting a build thread after meeting some guys at Harlan KY last weekend. And they asked if I was on here. So let me know what y'all think.

Re: prohect dirt dobber

I don't have complaints about anyone. Didn't really hear anyone else. We were in the corner beside the bath hall. It was a nice place to camp. Everyone was very nice. And as crowded as it was. No one got in our way or vice verses. Seemed like a really nice group around us.

Re: prohect dirt dobber

I'm really digging the 4 link in the rear. Had a good time building it. It was my first time and I think I'll he 4 linking others here soon. But over all y favorite part was the fine details like brakes. Running the hard lines and bending them to wrap around the housing and getting soft line made from ecgs. It turned out very nice and clean. Getting my propane mounted and having to keep most of the tubing was a must to get it complete for Harlan. I did it all in 2.5 weeks. At night and weekends. But I'm ver pleased with how it works so far. I'll be changing some things later on but I think it came out well.

Only had one tire let loose on the way home on the trailer. So I'm happy with that as well. Trip was a blast. I'll be taking the trip again very soon.

Cool to see you on hardline big daddy.... Keep diggin. Need to get your marriage license so you can get me hitched sometime. :spin:

Re: prohect dirt dobber

Hahaha. That would be nice. Project is what it should be. Thanks for your encoutagment on the linking and shock tune feedback. I am very close to being satisfied with it.

It is 2" and 2.5 square tubing sleeved. And the yokes welded to the tubes. Very strong. Hitting up URE tomorrow with the wife. Should be a good time to hang out with h and get some seat time with the new air shocks. Bringing my nitro just in case I decide to tune on the air shocks sme more.

Was able to clean up the buggy and do some painting.

Also got a Christmas present for the buggy. I am using a turbo from a mitzu eclipse Gst.
