Rebuild ProFender Air Bumps?

I've got a pair of 4" ProFender air bumps that need some work. 1 is leaking and the other lost pressure.

Wondering if anybody works on them and rough cost vs. buying new units.

I can work on them. Normally, $50 each plus seal kits. Any other necessary parts would be extra. I'd have to check on seal kit pricing.
