Did you notice the dates? 2011-2013

Ya know you brought out a good point that our state is being responsible. This is 2010 and so if they were planning a budget for this calendar year. that would be very irresponsible of them. Planning for the future, Not living pay check to pay check
Now we have 2 years to figure out how to fund the next 2 years ( 2014-2015 ). 200 K isn
