My In-Laws have friends who's son got killed because he got caught under the cage when it flipped over. The other person was not strong enought to get it off of him, and he was suffocated ...
When people get injured on things like this to many times, they finally take them off of the market, just like they did the 3 wheelers.
I had a friend get killed on one, but I loved the things, and I wish they still made them. To many people got hurt or killed, and there ya go...

AMEN, safety first. I am sorry for your loss, but hopefully someone else will gain from it in knowledge. It is the little things that save lives, seatbelts, helmets, and common sense.

or at least setbelts and helmets. sometimes the other isn't present no matter how much you want it to be :-\
 
i wore my seatbelt in my rhino at all times including loading and unloading it, i think the only straight piece that was on it was the hood, every other piece of plastic and cage was either bent or kinked from multiple rolls at mmorv, tellico, sommertown and gr
