I think a Duramax would be an excellent buggy engine, They are about 900lb fully dressed from what I read, so not much more than a iron head Big Block...
I'd love to have the LBZ from my tow rig in a buggy. 500hp and 1000+ lbft at the crank with some computer tuning and bolt on mods... Hell a stock motor at 360hp and 650lbft would be more than sufficient for off road duty :****:
