Run markers as turn signals?

pre-set, at a SLOW speed. like normal.:eeek:

Go to NAPAand grab an EL-12 it's $11.29 and it blinks at a constant rate (pretty much standard speed)
where have i heard that before?:mad:
any parts store for that matter. they're usually right buy the light bulbs
:awesomework:

is it just me, or is he making this much more difficult than it needs to be?:haha:

**** it. I'll just run it til I get tired of it.

I MIGHT go get one of those EL-12s though, the price is right....

By the way, its because of all you fawkers that I'm confused. :looser:

If you are still confused even after I did everything short of driving to your house and doing this for you then I can help you no more.... Ignore all the static and read my instructions and you'll be fine and have a corner light that is both a blinker and marker with a single bulb. Every yota I've ever owned has been wired the same. :;

I got it to work as a blinker, it just blinks real fast is all. I'm good with that though so i'm just gonna run it.

I just cut the stock bumper light sockets out and mounted them into the back of the marker lights. I really have no use for marker lights, so this works for me. You guys are making this way more complicated than it needs to be. I didn't spend a dime to do this, only cost me some time with a dremel and a couple hose clamps (yes, hose clamps, they're holding just fine a year and a half later too)

The problem with constant-rate (solid state) flasher relays is that if you burn out a bulb, it won't automatically warn you by blinking fast.
