^^^ 10-4, the 350 just has 2 more cylinders on the front of the block, as long as ya got the room up front, no problem.

depending on your budget, I'd truly think about doing a 5.3

the 4.3 is a great motor, but not worth doing a motor swap with when there are better options for fairly cheap

once my wifes 3.8 dies (jku), it's getting a 5.3 so it'll turn the 35s much better (would rather spend the money there instead of regearing)
