school me on iPhone 5c cases

Just got one of these for a work phone but need to put it in a case. I'm rough on phones so something tough. I haven't had an iPhone since 2010ish or so and back then otterbox was the only thing back then.

With any phone always go with Otterbox or ballistic cases.
I've also seen a lot of people with these as well. Downside is having to screw it together but they are very strong.

I'd say it's pretty legit. $40 seems too expensive actually

Of course. I just wouldn't ever pay retail for stuff like that. The case probably took $10 at most to make. I'm an Internet shopper for sure. Always hunt the best deals
 
I may have to look into one of those. With the Lifeproof on my 5s everyone complains that I sound muffled or like I am echoing. Which really doesn't bother me as I don't like talking on the phone anyway.... but, I can't hear out of it either. Mix bad hearing, the phone case, and a soft top....no bueno.
 
I hate otter boxes. There huge. Stick in your pocket. Wear out like crazy unless you ride a desk for a living. Fill your phone full of dust..

I now use the new life proof. Slim, ZERO dust. 100% water proof (wash it with soap and water when it's dirty, taken many underwater pics and videos. And it's small and slim. Never again will I buy otter junk.

This. the otterbox on my Droid is loose as a porn star and i'm constantly having to blow it out. Work wont pay for the insurance on the phone and if it breaks it comes out of my pocket so i have to have a case asap.
 
I have had an Otter Box Armor case on my 5S since December and love it. I'm bad rough on phones and with this case I've set a new record on keepin one working

Spend the 100$ and get the life proof. I have the one were you are actually toiching your real screen and not some hazy plastic. I love it. Dropped it many times. I love it and will never have another case except life proof.
 
Life proof is better but OtterBox has the best customer service or warranty you could ask for. If anything at all messes up with the case all you do is get on the website, take a picture of what is broke or ripped (rubber outside) enter your info, they mail you another one and you get it within two or three days!! The best part is you do not have to send your old one in! Life proof like I said is probably better but it is twice as much,,, i'm pretty rough on a phone, not as far as throwing it around and dropping it, just getting dust dirt metal shavings etc in it. Just my worthless 2 pennys thumb.gif
 
Lifeproof but you have to deal with the muffled sound. Now if you use mainly in a car with Bluetooth, or you wear earplugs, then they are perfect.

Do same thing with life proof. Go online and put in serial number.
 
Pretty sue the regular 5 case wont fit, I think they're not the same size. If you get a Lifeproof case be sure and get the real thing and not a knock off. I had a knock off on a 5s and you could hear but people couldn't hear me and also a small piece on the bottom broke. As far as looking at it you could easily mistaken it for a real one it also came in a box like the real ones. I have a iFace mall brand case now. It doesn't cover the whole phone but its small, slides in and outta your pocket easy and if you lay it face down the screen doesn't touch whatever you lay it on so it doesn't get scratched. It's not gonna be the best case if your rough on phones though. I've got in the habit of watching where I lay it and if I'm busy I don't wanna be bothered with the phone anyway lol
 
I have the lunatik case in my I phone and I like it except it cuts down on signal a little and it's heavy, it's aluminum and bolts together and is tough
