As many of you know, I purchased Patooyee's buggy about a month ago. I can't explain or describe as to how well thought out and fabricated this buggy is! I wanted to start this thread to document the progress of me learning how to drive this rig and be able to display the craftsmanship that went into building it. I've been able to take it out on 2 trips since making the drive to Florida to pick it up so no need for anyone to call me out for letting it sit in the garage! . The first trip was to my local park here in Louisiana called Catahoula Recreation located in Sicily Island and the 2nd trip was over Labor Day weekend to SMORR in Seymour, Missouri.
I've got some bystander video from Sicily Island that I will post shortly and I'm currently working on editing through the GoPro footage I captured.
SMORR was an awesome trip and I was able to climb every obstacle attempted except 1 trail called "Tombstone" that was a very tall rock waterfall that had no way to avoid bottoming out hard. I was also able to climb a trail that had never been climbed since being cut 2 years ago called "Marty Crawl". After I was the 1st to make it up another rig from Texas was able to follow me up.
Thanks for checking it out and don't be disappointed in the slower paced videos than what you're used to seeing on here as this is my first buggy, first time with rear steer, and first time with V8 power.
