I have 4 used 39 x 13.5 x 17 STICKY BFG Krawlers (red label) on H2 wheels with staun internal bead locks. They have about 40% tread left. They have been used that show rash and scratches and normal cracking from being used in the rocks. I wasn't going to sell these but I'm not going to store a extra set of wheels and tires just to use once in awhile. $1400

I can put these on a pallet and ship them on your dime. Estimate shipping to be around $300-$600 depending on where you live
