Couldn't someone technically get a surety bond and apply for a bonded title with the state department to essentially retitle the "parts only" vehicle? If so, hell of a deal if someone is looking for a 4d SXS for their wife and kids to ride in and gets a 4door jeep on 40s instead.. Unfortunately, saving for a house or I'd be all over it. GLWS!

That's what I'm hoping for. But there's no guarantee. It's a risk I'm willing to take though.

Yeah, I haven't went and looked at it. But the seller and I have talked several times and as far as I'm concerned we have a trade plus cash deal worked out. I'm just waiting on adapters to come in so I can put my wheels and tires on it. I'm keeping mine and he's keeping his.
