I'm glad that I just called PSC, gave them my specs and ordered a complete kit.

Yep, but without knowing a whole lot about full hydro when I started... for every person that says that, there's an equal amount that say "yeah I took an old log splitter ram and a valve off a forklift that a buddy gave me and it works great!" lol. I think some people just get lucky, or they don't know what "great is". :redneck:

Still got a hard spot in the steering that moves around as I cycle it.

Got it figured out. My column adapter and valve were a little bit mis-aligned and binding up... took it apart and used the die grinder to fine-tune the mount a bit, changed out the steering shaft to an XJ one that I had that was a little tighter to take up some slop, and she's all back together and steering like a dream. Much better feel to it than the other valve and hopefully will solve my issues... we'll see this weekend.
