You are correct. The format is two heat laps that are timed but they do not count. The third run is the money run. So my strategy was to go out and run around conservative the first two laps and not show my hand then let it eat the third lap.

yes, arena events are many corners with a need for some ass out sliding wide open to hole shot the corner. that is what an ORI equipped rig is made for, among other things. add that to the fact that brad is....well, brad, and it should be an awesome fawking show booyang

First two rounds do not count so no need to take chances on breaking before the money round.

There were 7, same as Friday night.

I assume that means it was in 2wd... it looked like it was and I wondered why ? Hell that thing woulda ate that course to **** in 4wd with a Carter driving it. :flipoff1:

it was in 4wd.....he had the rear unlocked....

joel was getting it...he took it easy on the first 2 runs and turned the heat up in the 3rd/money round....

he did us proud......

he had guys giving up after the 1st round because they did not know what they had gotten into....****, joel didnt know what he was getting into...

from what the plumber guy was saying, there are a bunch of guys like him that travel around and do these things alll year....purpose buily trucks...and bad ones at that.....the other jeep guys who quit would have been really shocked if some of the other more seasoned guys showed up.....

funniest thing was the guy in the short bed 2001 Z71.....he gave up...said his tires were eating his fenders...looled like he could have lost a whole front suspension set up if he had gone over one more hump....that **** was getting bowed up.....

fun times....

Yeah, it was in 4 low. Course was loose as hell with that red sand. I was snatching on the red balls Pops, but I was busy holding onto the wheel too. It was a fast course.
