I think it is funny because there are very few people that run harder than the BTG and Tfab guys out west, they go wheeling every weekend. It is in the Busted Hi9 thread, very funny.

Ya I agree... 2 of Tom(gunmetalcruz)'s buddy's from tahoe--Berger and Derek(tfab) were running last year and I think it was just too much for them to drive that far and compete... I could see it taking the fun out of it...

Its a thrill to run XRRA, I dont care if it is only 3-5min blasts at a time. Some of the most fun and punishing wheeling I ever did in the Turd, and Id do it again in a heartbeat cause it was such a rush. 8)

( Yea it was exhibition running, but we did the same course, and with the same rules, run it each lane one way then each lane backwards. )

You also didnt have to drive 20+ hours each way to compete... That'll take a toll on you and teh family... That's why some of the west guys from last year decided to wheel locally and more often...
