FWIW, I was just busting your balls and I think you're probably a stand-up guy. I'm man enough to admit that I learned this same lesson the same way only on Pirate a long time ago. (You can imagine the ass-chapping I got there.) Now that I'm a little older and run 2 businesses and own another myself I realize how shitty it was of me to do such a thing. In fact, I'm so embarrassed about it still to this day that I've considered calling the company back all these years later to apologize again. (I did back then, too.)
You'll notice I sign my actual name at the bottom of all my posts. I know a lot of people think the internet is just this anonymous place where anything goes and nothing applies to the real world. I've learned from experience that it isn't on more than a few occasions. Signing my name is my way of reminding MYSELF to not say or do anything that I wouldn't face-to-face in real life. I feel like I have a fairly good name and I want to keep it that way.
