FWIW, I was just busting your balls and I think you're probably a stand-up guy. I'm man enough to admit that I learned this same lesson the same way only on Pirate a long time ago. (You can imagine the ass-chapping I got there.) Now that I'm a little older and run 2 businesses and own another myself I realize how shitty it was of me to do such a thing. In fact, I'm so embarrassed about it still to this day that I've considered calling the company back all these years later to apologize again. (I did back then, too.)

You'll notice I sign my actual name at the bottom of all my posts. I know a lot of people think the internet is just this anonymous place where anything goes and nothing applies to the real world. I've learned from experience that it isn't on more than a few occasions. Signing my name is my way of reminding MYSELF to not say or do anything that I wouldn't face-to-face in real life. I feel like I have a fairly good name and I want to keep it that way.

Dont be taking it back KINGSNAKE :****: If anybody knew the owner of the truck that had the shotty work done on it they would have done the same thing. The owner is one of the nicest and most stand up guys you will ever meet. He has been a hell of alot more patient than i woulda been. After sayin all that I cant believe Al would have done him like that, because truly money wasn't a issue. Maybe he will get it worked out. :dblthumb:

No big Al don't care. Because that's the best that he can do. Last year he done Tim buggy and Tim brought it to me. i had to redo ever thing he done to make it wright.

OK I was going out of town last week when I started all this bullshit and after all the calls asking to repost well what the hell.

I will say this, there is always 2 sides of any story and Big Al will need to post why he thinks this is a bullshit on my part.

NO, this truck does not belong to me, nor did I pay the bill, but Steve is a good freind of mine and we talked him into taking his rig to Al because at the time that's where I would take my if I had the coins. and as for the money, I will say it again, he could buy CSmith out everyday for a year, so he has no money problems

this rig was at Al's for over a year, and this will make any of you mad, but when you do get it back and it looks like he only worked on it that last few days to get it gone, that what make you sick.

Al installed a new 383 motor, rad and fan, F.A.S.T. system, bump stop, guard over motor, and I think he was to do a few outher things but Steve did want to wait another year.

Do my bitch, wire job on motor and F.A.S.T. system looks like my kid did it, customer ask for manual to fast system 3 times and still did not get it, Al told him it was set and not to **** with it, it run like **** when the picked it up and had to be pushed in the shop because it quit, it had like 3 different spark plugs in it, he did a good job mounting the rad and fan but no overflow, engine cove looks nice but looks like it was painted by some, al the list goes on and on.

so go ahead and start rocking me.
