Lets see, my free dshaft vs your $300 shaft. Both work the same for a trail rig. With that money I got a dual case adaptor. Yeah, I should of just spent money on something I can make.

Are Toyota guys really that cheap?
Whats the fun in just bolting something on that showed up on your porch one day?
I just re-tube stock ones. A little work with a cut off wheel on the ends and you can cut the joints off the stock tube.
Then you just cut longer (thicker) tube, pound the stock ends into the new tube, install it on the truck and tap it until its straight while turning by hand it in reference to a plumb bob, tack weld, finish weld, paint. Done.
The way I see it, if you were going to cut the ends off to make a square d-line anyway, why not just make it with round tube like its supposed to be?
When I built my second front driveline, I put the Marlin slip section up front, but its the same process except you only have to cut the t-case end off the stock driveline to reuse with the new tube.
I built my rear driveline with the same process and its just fine. I drive my truck on the street when it snows at speeds in 4 high and have more issues with my tires than drive lines.
