• Help Support Hardline Crawlers :

Starting a build!!!

A rear locker first, then a winch would be a good choice. You would be surprised how well your runner will do with just a rear locker. I wouldn't lock up that ifs front end you would be asking for trouble. The trick is learning the capabilities of your rig when you're wheeling a dd, as to not break it.:D

what lockers? cheaper is better, and if anyone has any thing that you think i will need let me know,

if you want to stay cheap, i would just weld the carrier and be done with it. makes cornering alittle interesting in rain and such and tends to eat up rubber but it's cheap and reliable

x2 on the welded carrier, but have someone who really knows what they are doing weld it, no crappy booger welds.

x2 if you want to weld it up right and you are around the north side of seattle pm me and i will hook you up:awesomework:

Wheel the **** out of it. I am guessin your still in school, do cheap upgrades, winch, rear locker, tires, an then wheel it! If its IFS, dont lift it, just keep it stock an trim to fit tires.

Or, save your lunch money, an buy an XJ, they are disposable wheelers, I have a buddy that bought his running, driving for $300, an we wheeled the piss out of it.
