got the exhaust done. flowmasters with all three inch front to rear with headers. the tail pipes exit right in front of the rear shackles under the frame (well protected). no more broken hangers. I welded the mufflers and pipes to the frame.:redneck: welded collectors too.:redneck:

I have a gold mack truck dog on the hood of my lawn mower that would finish it off behind Brian's chrome shocks and then maybe truck driver has some naked lady mud flaps and your done..:awesomework:

had to get two tires patched today before I could mount them tomorrow. took it for drive today. went great with no probs. it does need a traction bar in the rear, but works well overall. need to get the lights and wipers back on. the truck runs great, good power. it doesnt seem to have any heating issues either.:awesomework:

backed it in the shop and flexed it on the lift. this thing will pull a tire 43 inches off the ground before lifting another. doesnt have any contact issues either:awesomework:

and remember this is a MUD truck, not a SEMA buggy.

everthing is used junk that was dirt cheap or FREE on this build. the engine is the only thing i spent any money on.

If you have ever seen a Trucks Gone Wild video you would understand.:fawkdancesmiley:

he mentioned above a traction bar......

QUOTE]

I asked what he had in mind? design?

dont know yet. need to keep staring at it some more. Ive got hashers block!

I was worried about the traction bar design binding it up a bit, but after flexing it last night I dont think its a problem.

any ideas?? it has to be cheap (no heims or johnys), easy (im lazy), and simple. needs to be tucked up well too.
