Street legal RZR in Alabama?

Yeah they just want to see the factory emission sticker , bill if sale, and insurance card. Tag office told me it had to have the following .
Rear view mirror
Emission sticker
Seat belts
Head lights
Tail lights and brake lights
I think they said a windshield
Proof of insurance .

Windshield not required. A wiper is technically required if you have a windshield though...

Was anyone succesfull with details on how to do so in Alabama? I am currently trying to get the MSO, and take it to a Tag and Title place in Madison county. Any tips or info, or is this dead in the water??
