Set up is 99% of it. have seen some welded up cases that were warped from people welding them instead of buying a spool too. Have had great luck with Nitro and Yukon.

We have sold alot of the Yukon and USA Standard 14 bolt gears. I haven't had any come back for warranty ever (they have 1 year). No warranty claim doesn't mean they can't be broken though.

how would you warp a 14 bolt from welding it? you don't actually weld on the case

Or were you referring to other welded carriers in general?

I Sent my r&p's to longfield for cryo treating 2 years ago, supposed to make them 33% stronger, $45 per set iirc

In general. Though I have seen some that did weld to the case in a 14 bolt.
