Wish I could have made this. Looks like it was good time. Timing just didn't work for me to make it up from the south end. Maybe next time.

Great Pics!!! Good day for sure! Somehow I ended up tail gunner, and there were a couple guys struggling a bit midway up, but they managed to get goin' with the help of Dave and Jim...

There's always the Hangover Run Jan 1st---we have no idea where we go till the morning of though! :redneck:

That would be tough to make from the south end if not knowing till the morning of considering I'm a minimum of 2 hrs away from you all.

I should have said it a little better I guess, sorry. There are a couple things to consider...1) Our typical destination (Racehorse/Slide) may be closed via gate. 2) The weather also plays a large part in where...If the snow's a flyin' and Racehorse is gated closed, we may just shoot for the comm towers on Sumas, which is close to breakfast! If the snow sucked like last yr down low, then we may be going up to Canyon Cr road, but that all depends whether the Sno Park is fully opened/being groomed...Soooo, in a nutshell we have no idea, we just know it will be somewhere! :redneck:
You know you will be going just not where. I imagine they meet then decide and go.
This is the condensed version of what I said! :haha::redneck:

Beautiful weather for a Carhart convention in the hills!!! :redneck:
Worst of it is the pic of the flat---that tire is less than a week old---gashed sidewall...

All depends on snowfall amts...The Twin Lakes access rd is technically not in the sno park (sno park begins just 1/4mi. east of the T.L. rd), but the unwritten rule has been if the T.L. road at the DOT shed is bermed up so vehicles cannot drive up, it is closed to wheeled vehicles at that point.
