Super Secret Chipmunk

UHMW and Delrin are a couple different things. UHMW is polyethylene and is quite a bit slicker than Delrin. I would think Delrin would hold up better to the abuse of rocks though since it has a better hardness than UHMW
yeh, it is a bit different. delrin will swell slightly, if it gets oil on it.

i believe UHMV is pretty much NYLON. worked at a vinyl window plant, we used it alot for the tables, since its so slick, and durable.

**** ya he built it,with alittle help from keith. i think keith did most of the tube work,

Who is building it??

Keith of B.N.S. built this one a while ago. It's "Mini Me's" rig. This thing is a work of art. I LOVE IT. Now get it done so we can wheel it:awesomework:

I don't know how much of it Keith built. I would assume most if not all the tube work...

He is taking the engine to the builder in the next couple weeks as far as I know. His Propane kit arrived today.

He still has a TOn of parts to order. And lots to do.

The pictures Posted were taken this weekend. He has finally gotten the bug back and should be out working on it as we speak.

And MArcus.... No he hasnt. She hasnt even seen it yet. I think he is waiting till he can bring it to the shop.

I only have one or 2 more pics. Will post more next time I go over.

I have heard about Keith building that chassis. Would like to see it. He is quite talented.

Is that some kind of "cutting board" material on the rockers? What a bitchin idea!:awesomework:

It looks like Teflon, or HMW/UHMW, we've used it a lot in Dump Truck beds, and it comes in many different colors and thickness, sweet idea on a buggy

yeah justin did most the work himself doved85 i am gonna try and drag ryan into my work starting next week to finish his all he has left is his front arb line, front driveline ,coils, steering stops, and a few misc to be able to wheel \\

hows your rig comming along??? do you have space to work on it ??
