I didnt feel like fixing the floor and fender wells.

Oh I can attest to that. the floor was very open and the fenderwells were gone. I think it was a smart move.

Yeah it is setting high in the rear. I plan on dropping the whole chassis down 4". I dont like how tall it sits .

Picked up some fenders today and cut the rear half of the frame off
