Timmies new Jimmy Smith Buggy.

One thing is for sure, these forums are good for a quick laugh. thumb.gif The weather will be starting to cool off some soon. Hopefully we will all have our rigs together and ready for some good wheeling.

Yes he did build the chassie for sure but he did not build the truck turn key so a guard to fit the driver is kinda up to the owner.

Everyone is quick to point out that the dshaft loop was not Jimmy Smith's fault since it wasn't turn key, which is fine. Nobody seems to mention that ALL Jimmy Smith built for TC was a bare chassis, not even a rolling chassis. And I've seen the pic of it on the trailer when he brought it back so I know this for a fact. The suspension is what makes a rig works and that was done by TC with help from Jimmy Penner. Excluding the chassis, TC has built this rig himself, so if anybody deserves props it is him. thumb.gif

Catch me up to speed here. I did a little vacation to the big pond with my boat and missed out on the hardline talk. T.C. your pictures have you in the Coleworx moon buggy, but the talk is about a new Jimmy's Buggy. :dunno:

Man have you found good enough fortunes in this economy to have both Coleworx and Jimmy's buggy's sitting in your shop to chose from or did you sell another one. Good grief you lucky dog, talk about a kid in the candy store. I would be talking smack and driving crazy too. :dblthumb: loller.gif :woot: :spin: :drinkers:

Another thing everyone seems to forget is this is the third jimmy smith buggy he's had. The orange one, pink, and now this one. And like you said matt jimmy jus did the chassis

I just wish I had the extra green to piss away on 60k plus rigs, especially about 2 a year :****: I'm just jealous so my opinion doesn't matter :fish:

P? Is that you?

Every one of those rigs had some sweet lines. I can only imagine what the future rigs from all of these builders will be like if everybody keeps steppin their game up. May be a good time to invest in a mold for fiber glass bodies like the monster trucks do.

The craftmanship and attention to detail is unreal, I was standing 200ft behind the Coleworx Riddler when it rolled and I was just thinking, this is like seeing a custom streetrod getting hit in a parking lot, so much time and effort put into making these kick ass rock rigs look like show cars and they function as good as they look :dblthumb:

HUMMMM...... The quote that you got was nothing about TC,It was about Wes and his safety issues and everyone bitching about it this past weekend. Its amazing how it gets turned in to something about TC. Wes and Tim both great drivers both now have smith motor sport chassies. Brian cole builds some of the sickest **** around and I'm sure if everyone could afford it they would go to him.But for the money and turn around time Jimmy is prob the best around. So hating on eather is quiet stupid.
