As most know, I lost my trans. this weekend. I could hear a weird noise in it since it was new, got the last good out of it spanking Tub Rock though.
Suggestions needed on these two issues. Try another rebuild of this unit, or buy a reman or new one from good company? Second, who makes a good TH350 to 205 adapter? I know WOD makes them, but are they all clocking, anyone else know any other places? Let me know.

Ok, thanks Alan. I hate to know I gotta pull this rig apart again, so I want to go back with good stuff to keep from it again. I might even lowmax the ol girl.

I would'nt be afraid to use the same case, need to find a drag racer and see who builds theirs, they can make them hold lots of whoopow booyang

send travler a pm about the adapter
he builds a stout adapter that clocks without removing the t-case

run a th400 with a MVB and beat the crap out of it. they are pretty tough

You might want to look into a built Dana 300 with the LoMax kit. The smaller size and light weight of it and low expense would be less and with good input and output shafts, you might be well off. :dunno:

WOD can build a adapter any way you want it.What kind or cooler are you running?

Just a regular summit cooler, but It can't be the problem, the buggy hasn't been used unless it's 20 degrees and my fan pulls alot of air. The case never even gets hot.

Noah hooked me up with his trans guy. Got me another 350 with lots of goodies I've been wanting. Also moonshinemafiamotorsports hooked me up with a new adapter setup.

Man, me too. I didn't want all the trans-t case experience I've got through mistakes. I think this one will be da man :driving:

Whoever that clown in Bessemer you sent him was. Manual valve bodies are bad and that is your problem, so I am refusing to put it back in.... ::)

WHAT? I was told that he supplied the case and the guts were removed out of his old trans and just installed into the case he had. I was told his guts were bad from the get go. :dunno: I wish someone had told this to me so I don't have to take his word for it.

Cole has the whole story. The guy fixed it and 3rd gear didn't work. Then we he took it to him to repair that the guy would not put his manual valve body/shifter back in because those tear up trannies or some **** like that. So he put it all back together with a stock vb and then I think Cole/Danile had to pull it again and put the **** back like the way it was.

Well I am sorry for Cole and would never refer someone that I wouldn't use myself. But what I got was different than that. I was told his third gear was bad to start and he would not put in another piece of used equipment only to charge him again. :dunno:
