i'd take a blower any day, you make boost all the time with a blower, even the fanciest most expensive turbo wont spool up at idle, and if you do size a turbo for low end, you wont make any top end power. you can buy a good used eaton m-90 for 150 bucks, and it will make ~15-17 psi on a 3.0L motor. that should get you in the 250 rwhp range if you need more than that change your gears or get a v8

turbo's are fun.... I still want to try a supercharger on the MKIII, but the MKIV turbo is also fun...:awesomework:
